SLA has negotiated a discount for travel on Amtrak. Amtrak is offering a 10% discount on the best available rail fare to Philadelphia between 9 June and 22 June. To book your reservation call Amtrak at +1.800.872.7245 or contact your local travel agent. Please be sure to refer to Convention Fare Code X85F-922 when making your reservation. Live in the Northeast? You can also take a bus! Two popular lines are the BoltBus and the Megabus. Both offer various pick-up points, departure times and reasonable rates. We have even found fares for as low as $6, round trip, when booked in advance.
How about a chapter get together? Would it be cheaper for chapter colleagues to rent a bus or van? Linda Broussard recently posted about local members traveling together. Linda also announced that the chapter and the division with the highest percentage of attendance would win a free registration to Leadership Summit 2012!
