Thank you for recognizing that Records Management is the first cousin to Library work. I was a Librarian for 15 years and have been a federal government Records Manager for 17 years. The work requires the same skill set applied to different disciplines. On the whole, if done correctly, I have found that Records Management is much more compicated than Library work.
