Scott - appreciate the focus! Certainly in academe discipline separation is going away and multidisciplinarity/interdisciplinarity is the name of the game (though there are still barriers to cross unit work).
I think we can balance multi-Division efforts in SLA without diluting the unique foci of each Division.
