Edible Seattle

Seattle has a new publication called Edible Seattle.  Edible Seattle joins a list of other "edible" regional magazines in the U.S. For those of us interested in food and local food, this magazine and web site might hold a few nuggets of useful information.  For example, I looked at the advertising and found myself intrigued by Uli's Sausage in Pike Place Market.  Their web site led me to the Pike Brewing Company, which serves their sauage.  mmm....I think I see a pilgrimage coming.
